Depery, Jean-irenee

Depery, Jean-Irenee a French prelate and bibliographer, was born at Chalex, near Gex, March 16, 1796. He was first professor of rhetoric at Chambery, then vicar- general of the diocese of Belley, and afterwards bishop of Gap.
