Blunden, Edgar B

Blunden, Edgar B, a Methodist Episcopal minister, was born in Morgan County, O., Sept. 24 1836, of pious parents. He joined the Church at the age of ten; enlisted in the army in 1861, and rose to the rank of captain, then of major. At the close of the war he was licensed to preach, and in 1866 entered the West Virginia Conference. He died in 1873. Mr. Blunden was a good man, a good preacher, and much loved.
