Alan a native OF LYNN, in Norfolk, England, flourished in the 14th century, and taught at Cambridge. He died in 1420, leaving many works, among which are, Elucidarium S. Scriptursae: — Moralia Bibliorum, de Vario Scripturac Sensu: — Praelectiones Theologica. See Lucius, in Bibl. Carm.; Pitseus, De Script. Angl.
