Weda

Weda in German mythology, is one of the two gods of war among the Friesians. He was represented and worshipped with his brother god Freda. The head was covered with a feathered helmet, the. breast with a shield; and he was also represented as having wings. Because Weda and Freda appeared as twins, it was thought they were Castor and Pollux returned.
