Walker, Thomas (1)

a minister of the Society of Friends, was born in Leeds, England, in 1794. He did not enjoy many educational advantages, yet he was instrumental in doing much good. His life was characterized by much simplicity, and by a cheerful, humble willingness to do what he could in the service of the Savior. He died at Leeds, June 24, 1851.
