Theurer, Carl Johann Wilhelm

Theurer, CARL Johann Wilhelm a Protestant minister, was born April 26, 1826, at Waldenbuch, in Wurtemberg. In 1858 he was pastor at Muhlhausen-on-the-Neckar, in 1870 assistant at the hospital church in Stutgard, in 1875 second preacher at the Stiftskirche there, and died July 16, 1882, at Zavelstein. He published, Das Reich Gottes, etc. (Ludwigsburg, 1862): — Predigten (ibid. 1874, 2d ed. 1879): — Blicke in die Herrlichkeit des Vater- Unsers (1881, 2d ed. 1882). (B.P.)
