Schumann, Gustav Adolph

Schumann, Gustav Adolph, a German theologian, was born at Weickelsdorf, near Zeitz, in 1803. In 1826 he became academical private teacher; in 1829 he was made professor extraordinary at Leipsic; and died at Meissen April 11, 1841.
