Saubert, Johann

Saubert, Johann a Lutheran theologian of Germany, was born at Nuremberg, February 1, 1638. In 1660 he was professor of Oriental languages, in 1665 professor of theology at Helmstadt, in 1673 professor and pastor at Altdorf, and he died April 29, 1688, doctor of theology.
