Perkins, Henry, D.D.

a Presbyterian minister, was born at Vergennes, Vermont, February 9, 1796. He graduated from Union College in 1817, and spent two years thereafter at Princeton Theological Seminary. In 1820 he became pastor of the Presbyterian Church at Allentown, N.J., where he labored faithfully for forty-three years. He retired from active service, and died at Allentown, June 30, 1880.
