Olympius

Olym'pius (Ο᾿λύμπιος, i.e. Olympian), one of the chief epithets of the Greek deity Zeus, so called from Mount Olympus in Thessaly, the abode of the gods (2 Maccabees 6:2). SEE JUPITER.
