Nuvolstella (or Nivolstella), Johann Georg

Nuvolstella (Or Nivolstella), Johann Georg, a German wood-engraver, born at Mentz in 1594, died in 1624. Among other prints, he executed several of the holy fathers, after the designs of Tempesta; a set of cuts for Virgil's Eneid, and other poetical subjects.
