Murimuth (or Merimuth), Adam

Murimuth (or Merimuth), Adam an English divine of note, flourished in the second half of the 14th century successively as canon and prebend of St. Paul's, canon of Exeter, and prebend of Lincoln. He died about 1380. He published Chronica in Temporibus in two parts (part 1:1303-6; part 2:1336-80). See Allibone, Dict. of Brit. and Amer. Authors, s.v.
