Maasiai

Maa'siai (Heb. Masay', מִעשִׂי, or, as it probably should be pointed, Maasay', מִעֲשִׂי, worker, or perhaps contracted for Maaseiah; Sept. Μασαί v.r. Μαασαία ; Vulg. Maasai), the son of Adiel, a descendant of Immer, and one of the priests resident at Jerusalem at or after the captivity (1Ch 9:12). B.C. prob. 536.
