Keros

Ke'ros (Heb' Keyros', קֵידֹס, curved, Ne 7:47; Sept. Κειπάς v. r. Κιράς; or קֵרס, Keros', Ezr 2:44; Sept. Κηραός v. r. Κορές, Κάδης ; Vulg. Ceros), a man whose descendants (or a place whose former inhabit-. ants) returned as Nethinim from Babylon with Zerubbabel (Ezr 2:44; Ne 7:47). B.C. ante 536.
