James, William, D.D.

a Presbyterian minister, was born in Albany, N.Y., in June 1797. He received an academic and collegiate education, and was ordained about the 25th year of his age. He was pastor of the Second Presbyterian Church in Rochester, N.Y., from 1825 until 1830 or 1831, and the for a time of the Third Presbyterian Church in Montgomery Street, Albany. He died in 1868.
