Gershon, Chaphet Ben-moses

Gershon, Chaphet Ben-Moses a Venetian rabbi, who lived in the latter half of the 17th century, was endowed with precocious erudition, and died at about the age of seventeen. He wrote Jad Charosim (Venice, 1700). See Hoefer, Nouv. Biog. Generale, s.v.
