Gerkrath, Ludwig a Roman Catholic theologian and philosopher, who died at Braunsberg, January 1, 1864, is the author of a monograph on Francis Sanchez (Vienna, 1860), and De Connexione quae Intercedit Inter Cartesium et Paschalium (Braunsberg, 1862). (B.P.)
