Geoffroi De Bar

Geoffroi De Bar (Lat. Gaufridus de Barro), a French prelate, was born in the early part of the 13th century. Doctor of theology, canon, archdeacon, and, after 1273, dean of the Church of Paris, he was appointed cardinal by pope Martin IV, March 23, 1281. He died at Rome, August 21, 1283.
