Frame

Frame is the rendering in the A.V of יֵצֶר, ye'-tser, form (usually spoken figuratively of imagination), e.g. the bodily formation (Ps 103:14; "thing framed," Isa 29:16); and מַבנֶה, mibneh', building, e.g. of a city (Eze 40:2).
