Enam (2)

Enam Lieut. Conder suggests (Tent Work in Palest. 2:336; comp. Quar. Statement of the "Pal. Explor. Fund," January 1881, page 51) for this place "the ruin Alln, in the low hills south-west of Jerusalem," meaning apparently the insignificant Khurbet 'Alia marked on the ordnance map at three and one quarter miles southwest of Bethlehem, but there is nothing striking in the identification.

Bible concordance for ENAM.
