E'ker (Hebrews id. reqoi, a plant rooted up and transplanted, e.g. metaph. a resident foreigner, Le 25:47), the youngest of the three sons of Ram, the grandson of Hezron (1Ch 2:27; Sept. 'ΑΚχοπ, Vulg. Achar). B.C. post 1856.
