Egwin

Egwin said to belong to the royal family of Mercia, was made bishop of Worcester in 692, and died December 30, 717. The following three works are attributed to him: a History of the Foundation of Evesham a Book of Visions: and a Life of Adhelm. See Smith, Dict. of Christ.
