Dimon

Di'mon (דִּימוֹן, by an interchange of letters for דּיבוֹן, Dib n, for the sake of alliteration with דָּם, blood, in the same verse; Sept. Δειμών v.r. ῾Ρεμμών, Vulg. Dibon), a city of the Moabites, with streams ("waters") adjacent (Isa 15:9); elsewhere (as in verse 2) more properly called DIBON SEE DIBON (q.v.).
