Ctibor, John

Ctibor, John (called Cotwa), a Moravian theologian, was canon of Briinn, of Olmutz, and of Prague, dean of Sinczna in 1615, and provost of Lutomierz. He died in 1637. He wrote in the Bohemian language. His principal work is directed against the Protestants, and is entitled Larve. His sermons were also esteemed. See Hoefer, Nouv. Biog. Generale, s.v.; Biog.
