Cowan, Charles

Cowan, Charles a Scotch clergyman, studied at the University of St. Andrews; was licensed to preach in 1817; appointed to the living at Fetlar and North Yell in 1822, and ordained. He died October 9, 1829, aged thirty-three years. See Fasti Eccles. Scoticaze, 3:437.
