Corraro, Gregorio an Italian writer and ecclesiastic, was born at Venice in 1411; became prothonotary apostolic at Rome, and in 1464 patriarch of Venice. He died at Verona the same year, leaving several works of an ethical rather than strictly religious character, for which see Hoefer, Nouv. Biog. Generale, s.v.; Biog. Universelle, s.v.
