Cooper, Joseph (2)

an English Baptist minister, was born at Rotherhithe, Surrey, in 1800, and was converted when somewhat mature in years. His first ministerial services were at Orpington and Oxford. In 1835 he was instrumental in forming a church in Garden Row, London Road, which called him to be its pastor, and he remained there till his death, February 17, 1862. See (Lond.)
