Cook, Alexander (2)

a Methodist Episcopal minister, was born in Keskasbig, County Donegal, Ireland, May 5, 1842. He joined the Wesleyans early in life; received a good common English education, and studied two years in the Wesleyan Institute; taught school four years; emigrated to America in 1865, and in 1866 entered the Central Ohio Conference, wherein he served the Church until his death, early in 1870.
