Conant, Sylvanus

Conant, Sylvanus a Unitarian minister, was born at Bridgewater, Massachusetts, in 1722, and graduated at Harvard College in 1740. He was ordained at Middleborough, March 28, 1745, and remained there until his death, December 8, 1777. He was a man of good talents, of deep piety, and of great circumspection in his personal and official deportment.
