Collison, John Wesley
Collison, John Wesley an Irish Wesleyan minister, was born near Armagh, March 11, 1853. He was converted at the age of seventeen, joined the Methodist Society, and became a prayer leader, tract distributer, and a local preacher. After passing through the usual course of study he was duly admitted to the ministry. He died at Clontarf, near Dublin, July 27, 1880. His life was short, but eminently successful as a preacher of Christ and winner of souls. See Minutes of the British Conference, 1881, page 54.
