Cochran, Hugh

Cochran, Hugh a Scotch clergyman, chaplain to Sir Alexander Maxwell's family, was licensed to preach in 1715; presented to the living at Kilmaurs in 1722, ordained in 1723, and died April 9, 1733, aged forty-eight years. See Fasti Ecdes. Scoticanae, 2:179.
