Cichovius, Nicolaus

Cichovius, Nicolaus a Polish Jesuit, was born in 1598. For. some time he lectured on philosophy and theology at Posen, but made himself especially known by his writings against the Arians, in consequence of which no Arian was tolerated in Poland. He died at Cracow, March 27, 1669, leaving Credo Arianorum: Colloquium Kioviense: — Speculum Infidelitatis Ariance: — Speculum Arianorum: — Triginta Rationes pro Avertendis Omnibus ab Contagio Arianorum.
