Chapman
Chapman (אנֵוֹשׁ הִתּוּר, enosh´ hat-tur´, man of the journeying, traveler, i.e. for purposes of traffic), a trader who transports articles of commerce from the place of production to a mart (2Ch 9:14); a merchant-man, as the same phrase is rendered in the parallel passage (1Ki 10:15). SEE MERCHANT.
