Catalogus Hieratdcus

Catalogus Hieratdcus is the name given in the apostolic canons to the list of the clergy of a particular church. The term is also said to be applied to that part of the diptychs which contained the names of those, still living, who were named in the Eucharistic service; viz. of those who had made offerings, emperors, patriarchs, etc.
