Case, Isaac

Case, Isaac, a Baptist minister, was born at Rehoboth, Bristol Co., Mass., Feb. 25, 1761, united with the Baptist Church in 1779, was licensed the following year, and was ordained in 1783. For many years Mr. Case labored as a missionary in Maine, New Brunswick, and Nova Scotia, and with much success, until advancing age rendered him incapable of farther exertion. He died at Readfield, Nov. 3, 1852, in the 92d year of his age and the 72d of his ministry. — Sprague, Annals, 6:205.
