Cameron, Simon B

Cameron, Simon B., a minister in the Methodist Episcopal Church South, was converted about 1844. After preaching under the auspices of the Kentucky Conference for two years, he went farther south to improve his health. In 1850 he joined the Texas Conference, in which he served the Church as his health would permit, until his death, Oct. 2,1853. Mr. Cameron: was a young man of marked ability and fine promise.
