Bucker, George

Bucker, George an English martyr, was apprehended by the inquisitors appointed under the Six Articles Act, and taken to London, where he was sent to prison, and remained two years in a filthy room hardly large enough for him to stand in. He was declared a heretic, and for this cause was burned in 1544. See Fox, Acts and Monuments, 5:520.
