Bragg, Jesse Kendall

Bragg, Jesse Kendall a Congregational minister, was born at Royalston, Massachusetts, October 11. 1811. He graduated at Amherst College in 1838, and at Union Theological Seminary in 1841. He was ordained and installed pastor of the Middleborough Church, Massachusetts, October 19, 1842, where he remained ten years, a faithful and efficient pastor. He was next installed pastor of the Brookfield Church, which charge he occupied for seven years. From this he served the Church at Sandwich as a stated supply for one year. He then became editor of a religious periodical in Boston, which post he occupied for seven years, when he resumed his ministerial work and supplied the North Wrentham Church for two years, and the Church at Norfolk three years, et which place he died, June 14, 1874.
