Barcolo, George a minister of the Reformed (Dutch) Church, was born at New Utrecht in 1775. He graduated at Columbia College, N. Y., in 1795, studied theology under Dr. J. H. Livingston, and was licensed by the Classis of New York in 1798. He was pastor at Hopewell and New Hackensack from 1805 to 1810, and died at Preakness, N. J., in 1832. See Corwin, Manual of the Ref.
