Arnett, William

Arnett, William an English Wesleyan minister, was born at Hasley, near York, in 1785. He was converted in 1805, entered the itinerancy in 1811, became a supernumerary after twenty-seven years' labor, and died at Halsham Moor, near Bolton, Dec. 13, 1838. "He was a man of deep and ardent piety, of indefatigable diligence and inflexible integrity." See Minutes of British Consfe-ence, 1839.
