Aribo archbishop OF MAYENCE, after Erkenbaluls, held many councils, made a voyage to Rome, and was very zealous in all that related to ecclesiastical discipline. He died in 1031. He wrote a Commentarius in XV Psablmos Graduun,, dedicated to Berno. abbot of Reichenau. See Cave, Hist. Lit. i, 631.
