Angelo and Agostino

Angelo And Agostino Italian architects, were brothers; born at Sienna; and the most illustrious disciples of the school of Giovanni of Pisa. They erected the northern facade of the cathedral, made two new gates to the city, began the church and convent of San Francesco and the Church of Santa Maria, and finished the tower of the Public Palace.
