Alix, Jean

Alix, Jean a French painter and engraver, lived in the 17th century, and was a scholar of Philip de Champagne. There is an 'etching by this artist of a Holy Fazinily, after Raphael, executed in a pleasing style. It is marked "R.V.P.," i.e. "Raphael Urbino pinxit."
