Ahiezer

Ahie'zer (Hebrew Achim'zer, אֲחַיעֶזֶר, brother of help, i e. helpful; Sept. Α᾿χιέζερ), the name of two men.

1. A son of Ammishaddai, and phylarch or chief of the tribe of Dan at the time of the exode (Nu 1:12; Nu 2:25; Nu 10:25). He made an offering for the service of the tabernacle, like his compeers (Nu 7:66,71), B.C. 1657.

2. The chief of the Benjamite warriors and slingers that repaired to David at Ziklag (1Ch 12:3), B.C. 1054.
