Achar

A'char (Heb. Akar', עָכָר, troubler; Sept. Α᾿χάρ), the son of Carmi, who was punished for violating the anathema respecting Jericho (1Ch 2:7); elsewhere (Jos 22:20) called ACHAN SEE ACHAN (q.v.).
