Accoz

Ac'coz (Α᾿κβώς v. r. Α᾿κκώς, for Heb. Koz, with the art. הִקּוֹוֹ, hak-Kots'), one of the priests whose descendants returned from the captivity, having lost their pedigree (1 Esdras 5:38); evidently the same with Koz (q.v.) of the parallel text (Ezr 2:61).
