Tarah

Ta'rah (Heb. Te'rach, תֶּרִח [in pause Tdrach, טָרִח], wandering or delay; Sept. Ταράθ v.r. Θαράθ; Vulg. Thaire), a station of the Israelites in the desert, situated between Tahath and Mithcah (Nu 33:27); perhaps in the great Wady el-Jerafeh, opposite Mount Hor. SEE EXODE.
