Rawlinson, John

Rawlinson, John D.D., an English divine, noted also as an educator, flourished in the first half of the 17th century. He was at one time principal of St. Edmund's Hall. He published, Three Sermons (Lond. 1609-11; Oxon. 1612, 4to): — Sermon on 1 Samuel 10:24 (ibid. 1616, 4to): — Sermons on Luke 22:48 (Lond. 1616, 4to): — Four Lent Sermons (1625, 4to).
