Poratha

Por'atha (Heb. Poratha', פּוֹרָתָא, prob. Persian, perhaps a lot bestowed; Sept. Βαρδαθά v. r. Φαραδαθά), the fourth named of the ten sons of Haman, slain by the Jews in the palace of Ahasuerus (Es 9:8). B.C. 473.
