Pedah'zur

[many Ped'ahzur] (Heb. Pedahtsur', פּדָהצוּר, preserved of the Rock; Sept. Φαδασούρ, Φαδασσούρ), the head of a family in the tribe of Manasseh; father of the Gamaliel who was appointed with others to aid Moses in numbering the people (Nu 1:10; Nu 2:20; Nu 7:54,59; Nu 10:23). B.C. cir. 1657.
